Description

Government letter from the Philippines certifying the marriage between Mamerto "Max" Sulay and Hermogina Belarmino Sulay on May 28, 1927. This certificate was requested by Quirino Sulay, the son of Max and Hermogina, on May 24, 1972, and was approved four days later on May 28, 1972. This document was needed because Quirino was migrating to the US and needed to prove relation to Max. Quirino arrived in the Unites States in 1974.
