Description
Letter certifying the death of Heromgina B. Sulay on December 27, 1938. This certificate was requested by Quirino Sulay, the son of Mamerto "Max" Sulay and Hermogina B. Sulay on May 24, 1972. Juanita discovered that her date of death was fabricated, she remembers her still being alive in middle/high school.
