Description

This is a letter to Mamerto "Max" Sulay from Manuel A. Adeva, the resident commissioner of the Philippines to the United States. In this letter, Adeva updated Max about the progress of the bill to naturalize Filipinos in the United States. Adeva wrote that bill H.R. 776 had been passed by the House of Representatives and was to be voted on by the Senate subcommittee on immigration in the near future.
