Description
This is a black and white Christmas card from Wedro "Weddy" Sulay from 1972, sent from the Philippines. The card is an image of a shepherd looking towards a distant light. The card says "Season's Greetings and Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year. May the meaning of Christmas be deeper, Its Friendships stronger, and its Hopes brighter, As it comes to you this year." Above the message is a portrait of Weddie Sulay. A letter written by Weddy is included. Weddy wishes the Sulays a happy Christmas and asks for help to pursue his studies. On the back of the letter is a suggestion for Max and Virginia to visit the Philippines.
