Letter to Mamerto "Max" Sulay from Mauel A. Adeva regarding speeches made in US congress by Commissioner Romulo. Romulo was the Resident Commissioner of the Philippines to the United States. Max wrote Mr. Adeva to procure copies of the speeches and distribute them to other Filipinos living in Watsonville.
