Celebration of New Officers for the Filipino Women's Club

A group photograph at an event that celebrated the election of new officers for the Filipino Community Women's Club of Watsonville. The event was held in Loma Linda, CA on May 20, 1954. At this meeting, Mrs. Teddy Barba was installed as president, Mrs. Mary Ragsac as vice president, Mrs. Yoro as second vice president, Mrs. Rita Castro as secretary, Mrs. Esther Tabancay as assistant secretary, Mrs. Rosario "Nena" Nieva Alminiana as treasurer, Mrs. Roberonta as assistant treasurer, and Mrs. Balidoy as auditor. Starting in the first row on the left are: three unknowns, Mrs. Yoro, Mrs. Balidoy, three unknowns, Mrs. Teddy Barba, Mrs. Rosario "Nena" Nieva Alminiana, Esther Tabancay, Virginia Sulay, two unknowns, and Albert Nabor. In the second row are: six unknowns, Louise Tagubar, unknown, Mrs. Mary Ragsac, Mrs. Castro, unknown, Mamerto "Max" Sulay, unknown, and Chris Ragadin. In the third row are: unknown, Eddie Castro, eight unknowns, and Amando Ocampo Alminiana.
