Description
A ceremony for incoming officers of the Filipino Women's Club of Watsonville. In the ceremony, candles where tied to green and gold ribbons representing the club's colors. The other ends of the ribbons would be held by the installing officers thereby forming a fan-shaped constellation. The event was held at the Watsonville Elks Lodge. Fifth from the left is Virginia Sulay and eighth is Rosario "Nena" Alminiana.
