A War and Navy Department letter from Luis Bosque to his brother, Marcelo "Marcel" Cardona Bosque. In the letter, Luis states that he received some tobacco that Marcel sent but did not yet receive a watch. The address contained in the letter indicates that Marcel was living in Mt. Eden, CA.
