Description

A contraption made by Mariano Fallorina Sr. that he used to scrape the meat out of young coconuts. The coconut shavings would be used to make biko and other Filipino desserts. Daniel "Dan" Fallorina remembers his father making the coconut scraper by hand and being amazed by his ingenuity.
